1. Products & Orders

  • We sell cotton T‑shirts, casual shorts, and sports sandals.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and fabric dye lots.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

 

For T‑Shirts & Shorts (Textile Safety – 16 CFR Part 1610):

  • Keep away from open flames, candles, and heat sources.

  • Follow care instructions to maintain fabric integrity.

For Sports Sandals (Footwear Safety – CPSC General Requirements):

  • Use sandals on appropriate surfaces – wet surfaces may be slippery.

  • Replace when outsoles show significant wear.

  • Not intended for athletic activities requiring ankle support.

  • Keep away from children – small parts may pose choking hazard.

3. Safety Standards Compliance

4. General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)

For adult garments and general‑use footwear, we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) available upon request, certifying compliance with applicable CPSC safety rules (16 CFR Part 1610 for textiles, FHSA 16 CFR 1500 for footwear) based on testing or a reasonable testing program.

5. Children‘s Product Certificate (CPC)

For products intended for children 12 and under, we provide a Children‘s Product Certificate (CPC) based on third‑party testing at a CPSC‑accepted laboratory, including CPSIA lead (<100 ppm substrate, ≤90 ppm coating), phthalates (<0.1%), and 16 CFR Part 1130 tracking labels on product and packaging.
