Return & Exchange Policy
Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used underwear or swimwear (if applicable). Sports sandals must be tried on only on clean, carpeted surfaces (no sole wear).
Strictly Non‑Returnable Items

T‑shirts, shorts, or sandals that have been worn, washed, or show any signs of use.

Items with removed tags, stains, odors (perfume, smoke), or pet hair.

Final sale items marked “Clearance,” “As‑Is,” or “Final Sale.”
Return Process

Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags attached.

Customer pays return shipping. We recommend trackable, insured service.

Refund issued within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non‑refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or color, follow the return process above. Once your return is processed, place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Size & Color Variations
Due to differences in monitor settings and fabric dye lots, actual colors may vary slightly. Size charts are provided – please measure before ordering. These variations are not considered defects.
